I work mainly on online coaching, a personalized method of support that allows each patient to feel reassured and closely followed during a change in eating habits and lifestyle. I offer through remote consultations an availability and a reactivity incomparable with the consultation in office, which I practiced for 15 years.
My consultations focus on time management, motivation for change, meal planning, cooking ideas, tips for simplifying life, and managing one or more health problems through food. I accompany the patient so that he/she can reach his/her goals in the most enjoyable and healthy way possible. The materials I use are mainly photos, explanatory diagrams, the food book, but also adapted weekly plans and meal ideas.
