Domaine de compétences

Dr. Ollo is a gastroenterologist at Hôpital de La Tour and specializes in functional digestive disorders and gastrointestinal motor dysfunction. She was trained in Geneva, where she first completed an FMH-accredited course in internal medicine and then worked as chief resident at the Geneva University Hospitals. She subsequently joined the Gastroenterology and Hepatology Unit before obtaining the title of FMH-Accredited Specialist in 2019. Dr. Ollo is very involved in her patients’ care, and as a result decided to pursue training in functional digestive disorders and gastrointestinal motor dysfunction. She completed a course in Lyon led by recognized specialists and went on to gain further experience as chief resident in the Functional Digestive Disorders Unit at Zürich University Hospital. Finally, she spent two years at Lausanne University Hospital (CHUV) as chief resident in charge of the treatment of patients with functional digestive disorders.

Her collaboration with various specialists (in particular GI surgeons, gynecologists, physicians at the Obesity Center, pulmonologists, and ENT specialists) and her mentoring of residents-in-training are much appreciated, and have made it possible to significantly increase the activities of the Unit in this area. She joined the Hôpital de La Tour campus in 2023 as part of the Crohn's and Colitis Center team, where she is responsible for treating patients suffering from functional digestive disorders and gastrointestinal motor dysfunction. In terms of examinations, Dr. Ollo performs both diagnostic and therapeutic gastroscopy and colonoscopy procedures (including for screening purposes) as well as functional investigations such as pH impedance studies and esophageal and anorectal manometry.
