Caring for you as we would for ourselves

Shiatsu massage

Shiatsu is a Japanese therapy that helps to maintain good health, prevent disease, and relieve aches and pains. Shiatsu stimulates various systems in the body, particularly the nervous system. It has immediate benefits and relaxes both body and mind to improve well-being while balancing the body’s internal energy system to promote vitality.

Who is it for?

Our Shiatsu well-being session is for anyone who would like to enjoy the benefits of this therapy (whether you have your baby with us or at another facility). Loose, comfortable clothing is worn during a shiatsu massage. It combines gentle pressure, stretches, and massage. All areas of the body are worked on in a precise sequence in this one-hour session.
