Starting at 36 weeks of amenorrhea, a late-pregnancy consultation is strongly recommended for expectant parents who will be giving birth at Hôpital de La Tour. This consultation, led by a midwife, lasts about 45 minutes and takes place on the 3rd floor of Building B1, in the delivery rooms.
This appointment is an essential step in preparing for your stay in the maternity ward, tailoring your care to your needs, and addressing your questions and expectations.
It is also an opportunity to prepare your medical file and establish an initial connection with the maternity ward’s team of midwives.

Any woman or couple who would like to discuss pregnancy and childbirth.
The end-of-pregnancy consultation takes place starting in the second half of the pregnancy.
