Caring for you as we would for ourselves

Preventing plagiocephaly & advice for your child's healthy development

A baby’s developing brain has an incredible level of plasticity during the first two years of their life as they discover their body and motor skills at their own pace. It is therefore important to provide your baby with the necessary and appropriate stimulation to encourage them to develop good motor skills.

This workshop will help you to become more familiar with the different stages of your baby’s motor development. Through simple techniques, you will learn the best ways to care for your baby as they grow and get older and how to prevent plagiocephaly (flat head syndrome).

Who is it for?

You can attend the workshop on your own, or with your partner, or with someone who looks after your baby. If you cannot come with your baby, a demo doll is available for practicing techniques.
