Caring for you as we would for ourselves

Hypoxia - Keepushing X L'Hôpital de La Tour

Breathe the altitude… without leaving Geneva. Hypoxia training means exercising in low-oxygen conditions, as if you were at high altitude. Your body is then stimulated to adapt: improved oxygen transport capacity, enhanced muscle metabolism, increased performance, and health benefits.

Thanks to its partnership with Keepushing, Santé et Performance Laboratory of Hôpital de La Tour gives you access to hypoxia training in the largest simulated altitude room in Europe.

Discover a unique concept – 1 room, 3 worlds – born from the vision of Christine Vogondy, a Geneva-based mountaineer who has already climbed 11 peaks over 8,000 meters. Drawing on this exceptional experience, she now shares her passion and expertise with all those who wish to push their limits.

Whar we offer ?

Our hypoxia training protocols are designed to help you reach your performance and health goals. Each session begins with guided instruction and is then tailored to your level and ambitions.

It includes:

  • training on a bike or treadmill in a normobaric hypoxic chamber (with no change in atmospheric pressure) in altitudes ranging between 2,500 m and 4,000 m (depending on the training plan chosen)
  • continuous training, i.e. at a constant intensity

  • intermittent training, i.e. repeated sprint training at varying levels of intensity
  • passive training, i.e. intermittent hypoxic exposure (IHE) in a relaxed, non-active state

Each protocol is tailored to optimize your physiological adaptations and results, whether you are a high-level athlete, an enthusiast, or simply curious to experience altitude training
