Our fitness coaches will devise a personalized plan to help you achieve your goals and ensure that you are optimally prepared to get back into your favorite sporting activity this summer. In each 1.5-hour session*, you will work on your endurance, strength, speed, coordination and/or your flexibility as part of a personalized plan designed specifically for your needs. Our fitness coaches will provide you with support and guidance throughout the session to ensure your workout is safe and effective.
The sessions will start on Tuesday 18 and Friday 21 April.
- Tuesdays from 12.30 p.m. to 2.00 p.m.
- Fridays from 7.30 a.m. to 9.00 a.m.
- 1 session – CHF 40.00
- 10 sessions – CHF 350.00
- 15 sessions – CHF 500.00
*Maximum of 6 people per session.
