On this occasion, Hôpital de la Tour was selected to present its project to measure the impact of shoulder replacement surgery on patients’ quality of life and health outcomes, in relation to the costs of the procedure, in order to demonstrate the value of the care provided. This project is part of the comprehensive “Value-based healthcare (VBHC)” approach, for which Hôpital de La Tour recently received the award for Europe’s most advanced private hospital, presented by the European Private Hospital Awards (EPHA).
