Hôpital de La Tour has made restoring quality of life a top strategic priority for its patients and has been committed to this approach for the past three years. Based on a new organizational structure centered on interdisciplinary centers of excellence, the collection and monitoring of medical outcomes have been implemented, as has the measurement of costs per treatment. These results were compared to best practices in the scientific literature.
