Since I’m naturally very curious, it wasn’t easy to choose just one field of study. I initially studied psychology and adult education in Geneva. I went on to complete several additional training programs, including one in meditation and a technique for exploring the unconscious called Clean Language. My goal was to develop a holistic approach and to be able to offer support tailored to each person’s desires and needs. What remains constant, however, is my commitment to welcoming you into a warm, gentle environment while maintaining a clear direction and objective—so we don’t get lost in endless, unstructured sessions.
Clean Language is a technique for exploring the unconscious that allows you to access information and buried memories, thereby helping you get to know yourself better and grow in your daily life. It is a questioning technique that uses the elements through which the unconscious expresses itself, gradually bringing it to the forefront of the interaction. This approach facilitates a subtle shift in consciousness that recharges, provides relief, and offers valuable insights into the questions or issues at hand. Often, when discomfort, pain, or conflict arises, it is an internal issue manifesting externally. By understanding this, we can sometimes naturally resolve some of our current difficulties. It is an approach that is both deeply enriching and playful. I experienced it once by pure chance, and I didn’t hesitate for long before deciding to train in it myself.
