Please bring the following items to your physical therapy session:
- Workout clothes (tracksuit, shorts, leggings, etc.)
- Athletic shoes for this purpose (non-marking soles)
- Shower kit if needed (towel, shower gel, etc.)
When you arrive at the Harmony center
When you arrive, just introduce yourself to the person at the reception desk and you will be given a badge to enter the locker rooms. Lockers, showers and hair dryers will be available in the locker rooms. Once you have changed, you may, depending on your therapist's instructions, start warming up for a few minutes before the start of your session. For your first session, please wait at the center's reception desk.
At the end of your session, again as directed by your therapist, you may continue your rehabilitation on your own.

Where to park
The Harmony center is located at: Rue de la Bergère 3, 1217 Meyrin, on the first floor of Hôtel Boas, there is a special entrance for patients.
The hotel parking attendant is available for patients of the center. The rate is about 1 CHF per hour. The center is also accessible by public transportation via TPG bus line 71 or the CFF train line. In both cases, the stops are “Zimeysa gare”.
Food and drink on site
You will have the option of dining on site with a choice of salads in the Harmony Fitness club. Restaurants located in the same building are also available.

The club is located very near the lake and Gland beach. Parking is free for 1.5 hours with a parking disc.

Making an appointment
To take advantage of physical therapy, you must be sent by a doctor. For example, your orthopedic surgeon, general practitioner, sports medicine physician or rheumatologist may send you. You doctor will prescribe a certain number of sessions, then see you for a follow-up appointment. If necessary, he or she will prescribe more sessions.
