Personal analyses and measurements
The check-up we provide will include the following analyses, measurements and scores:
- Monitoring of your total cholesterol, LDL (bad cholesterol), HDL (good cholesterol) and triglycerides (a type of lipid) levels
- Measurement of your blood sugar level
- Measure your blood pressure
- Measure your height and weight, and calculate your body mass index.
- Measurement of your waist circumference
- Your SCORE (systematic coronary risk evaluation) score to calculate your 10-year risk of developing cardiovascular disease (CVD)
- Your NoSAS score to assess your risk of sleep apnea
You don't need to fast for any of these tests.
Questionnaires on your lifestyle habits
This assessment will be completed by targeted questions on :
- measuring your weekly physical activity
- your sedentary lifestyle per day
- your daily tobacco consumption
- your daily alcohol consumption
- your stress, anxiety and depression levels
- your family history
- for women, your gynecological history
Building an artery for your heart
Your final assessment will appear in the form of the diameter of a heart artery: this diagram will serve as a basis for debriefing with a specialist nurse.
Final step: debriefing with a specialist nurse
Based on your assessment and the number of major and minor risk factors, you will immediately receive personalized feedback and advice from one of our nurses :
- a balanced diet
- physical activity to promote health and well-being
- for a smoke-free lifestyle
You'll leave with the results of your analyses and targeted documentation.
In the event of risky results, we will recommend that you consult your doctor or recommend a new one.
