Caring for you as we would for ourselves

MyWomanBalance - Exercise and Menopause

Do you want to start this new phase with confidence and energy? Are you looking for a supervised exercise program that takes your current physical condition into account? Our specialists will guide you through a program designed to strengthen your body and bring calm to your daily life.

Menopause is a natural transition accompanied by physiological changes that can affect daily life. While there may be a decline in physical activity during this time, exercise remains a key factor in mitigating its effects. A tailored and supervised approach not only helps manage physical and emotional symptoms but also helps protect your long-term health.

Who is this for?

All women in perimenopause and postmenopause who wish to incorporate an appropriate physical activity into their daily routine.

With whom?

Amélie Vial, adapted physical education teacher.
