Menopause is a natural transition accompanied by physiological changes that can affect daily life. While there may be a decline in physical activity during this time, exercise remains a key factor in mitigating its effects. A tailored and supervised approach not only helps manage physical and emotional symptoms but also helps protect your long-term health.
Who is this for?
All women in perimenopause and postmenopause who wish to incorporate an appropriate physical activity into their daily routine.
With whom?
