Returning to exercise after having a baby

The purpose of this workshop series is to support you to get back into regular exercise that you can maintain over the long term. It is composed of various activities including muscle strengthening and cardio.

Who is it for?

All new mothers (whether you have your baby with us or at another facility).

Our experts

It is run by an exercise coach from the Health & performance team.

Practical information

This workshop series includes six sessions of physical activity in groups of no more than six people, and two online sessions each week for you to do on your own. We recommend that you start with pelvic floor rehabilitation and then our fitness plan before getting back to more strenuous exercise.

You will still be charged if you miss a session and don’t give us 24-hours’ notice.
