We strongly object to the unilateral termination of the contract by Groupe Mutuel, announced on April 25, regarding hospitalizations effective May 1.
Since patient health and safety are our top priorities, we will continue to treat Groupe Mutuel patients in private and semi-private rooms at no additional cost to them. We are developing a personalized approach for each patient to ensure there is no interruption in ongoing or scheduled treatment. Outpatient services—such as consultations, imaging, physical therapy, radiation oncology and oncology treatments, as well as surgical procedures not requiring an overnight hospital stay—are still covered by Groupe Mutuel insurance.
