The Noninvasive Cardiology Department is organized as a unit where we focus primarily on diagnostics. In particular, we provide the following services:
- diagnosis of structural or functional abnormalities of the heart (echocardiograms, cardiac MRI)
- functional tests for screening for coronary artery disease (stress echocardiograms, stress MRI, exercise tests, myocardial scintigraphy)
- screening for heart rhythm disorders (electrocardiogram, Holter monitor, R-Test)
- follow-up of pacemakers and implantable defibrillators

Prepare for Your Admission to Cardiovascular Surgery and Angiography
You will soon be admitted to Hôpital de La Tour. On this page, you will find all the information you need to prepare for your stay, including details about your admission and how to schedule an appointment with the pre-admission nurse.
For coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) or thoracic surgery
- In-person appointment 10 to 15 days before the procedure
For TAVI, stenting, endarterectomy, or femoral access
In-person appointment 48 to 72 hours before the procedure
For coronary angiography, arteriography, pacemaker implantation, defibrillator implantation, or ablation (AF, atrial flutter, AVRNT, TSV, ESV, etc.)
In-person appointment at least 48 hours before the procedure
