Catering and hotel services

A choice of menus will be available, taking into account the medical prescriptions and respectful of nutrition rules. You will find in your room the choice of menus. Meals are served in the rooms at the following times:

  • Breakfast 7.45 a.m. - 8.15 a.m.
  • Lunch 11:45 - 12:15
  • Dinner 6:00 – 6:30 p.m.

The tea, coffee and mineral water consumed during your stay (except for any other drink) as well as a snack in the afternoon are complimentary.

Services

Telephone

Your room is equipped with a direct phone output. A direct line is allocated to each patient upon admission; the line remains valid for the duration of the patient’s stay. By dialling 0 followed by your code, you get an outside line. You can receive calls from 8 a.m. to 9.00 p.m. Outside
those hours, or at your request, your calls will be diverted to our call centres.

Newspapers

La Tribune de Genève is offered to all patients.

Flowers

For reasons of hygiene, only cut flowers are allowed in the rooms. DVD : DVDs will be provided free of charge upon request. A catalogue of available films is available at the reception.

Hairdresser

A hairdresser is available on request from our nursing staff.

Chaplaincy

The clinic collaborates with representatives of various religions and can, upon request, call on these people to organise a visit. You can contact the nurse of your unit, she/he will forward your request to the person concerned.

Miscellaneous information

Pets

For reasons of hygiene, we remind you that animals are forbidden on our premises.

Smokers

For reasons of safety and in the interest of your health, our institution is non-smoking.
